    A - Our shipping estimates are below:

    WA Inner Metro - 2 to 4 business days
    WA Country - 3 to 5 business days

    VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT, NT and TAS Metro - 6 to 7 business days
    VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT, NT and TAS Country - 7 to 10 business days

  • Q - What is your refund policy?
    A - We employ the standard Refunds and Returns policy by the Department of Commerce Consumer Protection of Western Australia. Direct link to the Refunds and Returns policy on the Consumer Protection website.

  • Q - Where do you despatch from?
    A - We ship all orders from our store in Perth.
  • Q - Do I get a discount if I buy in bulk?
    A - We will be introducing a points system that can be accumulated with every purchase in the near future. This points can be used to offset your total cost. However, this functionality is currently not available and will be tested for its viability.
  • Q - Can you deliver to a PO Box addresss?
    A - Yes we can as we utilise 2 different mail carriers for our despatches.
  • Q - How often do you upload new stock?
    A - Our inventory is updated frequently with new product as stocks arrive weekly.
  • Q - Do you post to countries outside of Australia?
    A - We do not ship to countries outside of Australia at the moment.
